Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Team

Open Plan and billing — in the project’s menu, or in your account — and choose Cancel Team. Only a project’s admins can cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal: Team stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and then does not renew. You can also cancel from the link in any email Paddle sends about the subscription.

Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for Team, or of a yearly renewal, we refund it in full, with no questions. Write to support@riwer.io from the email address you paid with, or use the link in Paddle’s receipt. Paddle, which sells riwer on our behalf, returns the money the way you paid; your bank may take a few days to show it. When we refund a payment, we also cancel the subscription it paid for, and the project moves to Free.

After those 14 days, payments are not refunded, and neither is the unused part of a month or a year. A monthly renewal is not refunded, unless the law where you live gives you that right.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Türkiye, you also have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This policy gives you at least as much. Nothing here limits your rights under the law where you live.

If a payment fails

Paddle tries the card again over the following 30 days. Team stays on meanwhile, and the project’s admins see a note to update the card. If no payment goes through, the subscription ends, as if it had been cancelled.

When Team ends

No document, file or message is deleted. The project keeps Team for 30 days after the period paid for ends. Then Free’s limits apply: editors beyond three become reviewers — the most recently made editors first, unless an admin chooses others — new files beyond 5 GB wait until there is room, and earlier versions of a document are kept for 7 days, so older ones go. Past sign-offs stay visible, and everything stays readable and exportable.

How prices change, and how long yours is held, is in the Terms of Service.
