Who we are

riwer (riwer.io) is built and run by TUUSIX OYUN YAZILIM VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“TUUSIX”, “we”, “us”), Ihlamurkuyu Mah. Kırkpınar Sk. No:8 İç Kapı No:3, Ümraniye, İstanbul, Türkiye, MERSİS 0872159955600001, tax number 8721599556 (Alemdağ Vergi Dairesi), registered e-mail (KEP) tuusixoyun@hs01.kep.tr. These terms are the agreement between you and TUUSIX for using riwer. If you use riwer for a company or another organisation, you accept them for it, and confirm that you may; the Data Processing Agreement is part of them for the personal information riwer holds for it.

Your account

You can open and save files on your computer without an account. For projects you need one: use an email address that is yours, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at support@riwer.io if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 16. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Projects and roles

Work in riwer happens in projects. A project’s admins decide who is in it, what each member may do — admin, editor, reviewer or viewer — and which plan it is on. Admins can remove members and delete the project with everything in it, so choose your admins with care.

What you make

Documents, lists, slideshows, files, messages and everything else you put in riwer stay yours. You allow us to store, copy, show and process them only as far as we need to run riwer for you and the people you share them with — for example, to show a document to your project’s members, keep backups, or export it when you ask. We do not sell your content, show you ads, or use it to train AI; the Privacy Policy says more. Put in riwer only what you have the right to put there.

Plans

• Local — free, with no account. Your files stay on your computer.
• Free — projects with up to three editors and 5 GB of files. Reviewers and viewers are free, with fair use: a Free project of more than 25 members may be asked to move to Team.
• Team — paid per editor, for one project, monthly or yearly: everything in Free, with unlimited editors, sign-off on reviews and 25 GB of files per editor. Reviewers and viewers stay free, up to ten for each editor as fair use.

We may add to what a plan includes. We will not take away something you pay for during a period you have paid for.

Paying

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders paid at riwer’s checkout. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for them. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to your purchase, and your card statement shows Paddle.

• Prices are shown in riwer before you pay. Taxes are added where they apply, and shown at checkout.
• A subscription renews by itself at the end of each month or year, until you cancel it.
• The price follows the number of editors the project pays for. When that changes, the new price is shown before you confirm it.
• If a payment fails, Paddle tries again over the following 30 days, and Team stays on meanwhile. If no payment goes through, the subscription ends.

Businesses in Türkiye can buy Team from TUUSIX directly, with an invoice in Turkish lira: write to support@riwer.io. Those orders are not made through Paddle: TUUSIX is the seller, issues the invoice and handles the order.

Price changes

We tell you at least 60 days before a price change on a yearly plan, and at least 30 days before one on a monthly plan. A new price applies from your next renewal, and never more than once in twelve months. Each subscription keeps its price per editor for 12 months from its first payment — 24 months at the founding price — including editors added later.

Cancelling, refunds and plan changes

An admin can cancel Team at any time, in the project’s Plan and billing. Team stays on until the end of the period paid for, and does not renew. A first payment or a yearly renewal is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days; otherwise we do not refund part of a period. The Refund policy has the details.

When Team ends, no document, file or message is deleted. The project keeps Team for 30 more days; then Free’s limits apply: editors beyond three become reviewers — the most recently made editors first, unless an admin chooses others — new files beyond 5 GB wait until there is room, a document larger than 5 MB or a drawing larger than 10 MB can be read but not saved larger, and earlier versions of a document are kept for 7 days, so older ones go. Everything stays readable and exportable, on every plan.

Using riwer fairly

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. In short, do not use riwer to:

• break the law, or anyone’s rights, including copyright and privacy;
• upload malware, or anything meant to harm people, devices or data;
• harass, threaten, deceive or spam people;
• get into accounts, projects or systems you are not allowed into, or test riwer’s security without our written permission;
• overload or disrupt riwer, including by automated use far beyond what a person does;
• resell riwer, or offer it as your own service, without our written agreement.

We may remove content, or suspend a project or an account, that breaks these rules — telling you first, unless the law or someone’s safety needs us to act at once.

Ending

You can stop using riwer at any time, delete your projects, and delete your account in its settings. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Unless we must act at once, we tell you first and give you time to export your work.

riwer as it is

We work to keep riwer available, secure and correct, but it is provided as it is and as available: we cannot promise it will never stop or never have faults. Keep copies of what matters to you — any document can be exported, any time, on every plan.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, TUUSIX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim about riwer is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as riwer changes. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in riwer at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using riwer before then.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim there.
